Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science or Applied ML.
- Have proven experience deploying ML models at scale in production.
- Bring advanced Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or Spark MLlib.
- Have experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark or Hadoop; these are strongly preferred.
- Have strong SQL skills.
- Bring cloud experience; Azure is preferred.
- Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Be familiar with Git, CI/CD, JIRA and Confluence.
- Retail, supply chain, manufacturing or e-commerce experience, and forecasting projects, are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Own the ML lifecycle, from problem framing and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Design and improve reliable, reproducible data pipelines.
- Connect ML systems with enterprise data sources such as PLM, ERP (AX / SAP) and o9.
- Drive MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring and automated retraining.
- Work with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to turn goals into ML solutions.
- Define KPIs and improve model accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
