Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Administrator working with SailPoint IQ.
- Substantial experience managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IQ.
- Good understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management.
- Experience supporting application security and user access management initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly understand stakeholder contexts and align activities with project deliverables.
- Collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
- Assess findings and recommend actions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information for appropriate action.
- Collaborate with RACF and IAM subject matter experts and formulate recommendations for actions and mitigations.
- Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IQ.
- Support clean-up activities related to access groups, user access, and service accounts.
- Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
- Assist with effort prioritization and scope change management.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
