Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead in integration projects.
- Have practical REST API testing experience using Postman or Bruno.
- Have experience with OpenAPI and JSON Schema.
- Have experience testing integrations between SAP systems and their interfaces; SAP configuration knowledge is not required.
- Be proficient in Jira, including test-management plugins such as Xray or Zephyr.
- Know Confluence and Excel.
- Be fluent in English for collaboration with an international team and external providers.
- Work independently, show initiative, and organize work without constant supervision.
- Be able to work with incomplete requirements and changing priorities, and pragmatically organize processes.
- Regulatory or compliance project experience under strict deadlines is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GS1 standards, product regulatory compliance, or Digital Product Passport concepts is an advantage.
- Experience with asynchronous architectures and messaging, such as Event Hub, is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of API regression test automation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the testing strategy and concepts for QR codes, Digital Battery Passport data, the EU registry, and EPR reporting.
- Test APIs against OpenAPI specifications and JSON schemas, including contract testing for individual data sources.
- Plan and execute integration and end-to-end tests across SAP MES, SAP P01/P50, SAP PO, reporting components, the BPP application, and the EU registry.
- Coordinate integration testing with external providers that supply data through APIs.
- Manage test data, including temporary GS1/SGTIN identifiers until production identifiers are available.
- Plan and support UAT with the business and agree acceptance criteria.
- Manage defects and report test results in Jira, and document activities in Confluence.
- Prepare project status updates for steering committees.
- Lead testing activities independently and implement the agreed project strategy.
