Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing and Quality Assurance.
- Experience as a QA Lead, Test Lead, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test strategy development, test planning, and defect management.
- Experience coordinating testing processes in complex IT projects.
- Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into test scenarios and cases.
- Practical experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira, Xray, or Zephyr, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to identify project risks, analyze problems, and propose solutions.
- Ability to independently organize and deliver assigned services and make decisions within the agreed scope.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Very good English for communication in an international project environment.
- Availability immediately or with a notice period of no more than 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize testing strategies, plans, and scenarios.
- Coordinate software testing activities against scope, project schedules, and quality requirements.
- Verify functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing quality.
- Develop QA standards, test documentation, and software quality assessment methods.
- Work with technical experts, business analysts, and business representatives to analyze requirements and identify project risks.
- Coordinate defect analysis, classification, prioritization, and status monitoring.
- Analyze test results, quality metrics, and technology risks and prepare recommendations for project stakeholders.
- Propose and implement improvements to testing processes and quality assurance practices.
- Assess solution readiness and recommend go/no-go decisions for software releases.
- Share QA expertise and advise on good practices and testing standards.
