Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Be familiar with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools.
- Be highly productive and able to multitask.
- Be able to work in a high-volume contact center environment.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Be motivated to help people with health-related questions and help small businesses and their employees navigate health insurance.
- Be available to work 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assist potential customers with the online insurance shopping experience.
- Help potential customers obtain quotes for their company’s health insurance options.
- Answer and resolve existing customers’ basic administrative and billing questions.
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and thoroughly.
- Communicate with customers by phone, chat, and email.
- Document customer interactions using support ticketing software.
- Propose process and product solutions to improve the customer experience.
