Requirements
- Bring strong experience developing responsive HTML emails and EDMs.
- Have hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Have excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS for email.
- Have experience with personalisation and dynamic content within AJO.
- Understand table-based email layouts, inline CSS, media queries, Outlook/VML fallbacks, mobile responsiveness, and dark mode considerations.
- Have experience troubleshooting email rendering across major clients.
- Understand customer journeys, audience segmentation, consent, profile data, and email delivery workflows.
- Have experience with email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Be able to translate designs accurately into HTML with strong attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
- Have good written communication and be able to work with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive HTML email and EDM templates from design files.
- Build email-safe layouts using HTML, CSS, table-based structures, inline styles, and media queries.
- Build, update, and troubleshoot email campaigns within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Support journey setup, personalisation, dynamic content, profile attributes, audience targeting, and campaign QA.
- Troubleshoot rendering, responsiveness, personalisation, and campaign logic issues across major email clients and devices.
- Implement reusable modules, merge tags, conditional content, and dynamic content.
- Conduct pre-send QA covering links, images, alt text, personalisation, responsive behaviour, and content accuracy.
- Revise work based on internal and client feedback, and collaborate with creative, marketing, project management, CRM, and development teams.
- Manage multiple assignments and deliver work within agreed timelines.
