Requirements
- Hold an independent or associate licensure in Washington.
- Hold an accepted license: LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Have a master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
- Have experience with youth and young adults; this is highly preferred.
- Be available for 12–40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status.
- Be available evenings for full-time work.
- Be familiar with cloud-based tools including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox, as well as EMR and outcomes software.
- Be skilled in group services.
- Be confident integrating multiple modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR; MI certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual setting.
- Deliver mental health and substance use care to clients.
- Provide group services.
- Participate in case discussions with other clinicians.
