Requirements
- Hold an active, clear New York LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license.
- Have a master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- Have at least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.
- Have experience delivering psychotherapy via telehealth.
- Be able to work a 40-hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
- Be comfortable carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
- Use a collaborative approach and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Reside in NY, NJ, or MA.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns by telehealth.
- Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
- Carry a sustainable caseload, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
- Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians.
- Participate in weekly case consultation.
