Requirements
- Have 8+ years of SEO experience.
- Have 3+ years leading SEO for a multilingual e-commerce site in Europe.
- Bring deep technical SEO experience, including JavaScript rendering, structured data, international SEO and crawl budget.
- Have hands-on experience with AI search visibility and how answer engines choose their sources.
- Be comfortable working with data in Search Console, SQL or spreadsheets, and Ahrefs or similar.
- Be fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own organic search across every language the storefront serves, including technical SEO, content, internal linking and structured data.
- Grow citations in ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot for perfume decants and perfume samples.
- Run the editorial SEO programme for perfume guides, house guides, data studies and the journal with writers and translators.
- Work with engineering on Core Web Vitals, rendering, sitemaps, hreflang and indexing.
- Grow authority through digital PR, data-led stories and high-quality links.
- Measure performance in Search Console, analytics and AI-visibility tracking, and report impact on revenue.
