Job Details

Experience: 5+ years of SAP development experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to S/4HANA
Required Skills: Abap

Have 5+ years of SAP development experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to S/4HANA.
Bring expert command of Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP), New ABAP Syntax (7.4+), and RAP.
Author complex CDS views, including parameters, associations, access controls (DCL), and AMDP.
Create and expose OData v2/v4 services using SAP Gateway (SEGW) or RAP business services.
Develop custom SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 applications or configure Fiori Elements apps using CDS annotations.
Understand On-Stack Developer Extensibility (Embedded ABAP / Steampunk) and Side-by-Side Extensibility using SAP BTP.
Trace, profile, and optimize ABAP/HANA execution using SAT, ATC, ST05, and SQLM.
Nice to have: experience building SAP BTP side-by-side extensions using Node.js/CAP or ABAP Cloud.
Nice to have: experience with legacy-to-S/4HANA code remediation, custom code analysis, or migration projects.
Nice to have: exposure to SAP Event Mesh or Kafka integrations, or knowledge of FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP.

Architect, build, and maintain transactional and analytical SAP applications using ABAP RAP, CDS views, and AMDP.
Build upgrade-stable enhancements and side-by-side extensions while minimizing legacy modifications.
Design and expose secure OData endpoints for SAP Fiori interfaces, mobile apps, and enterprise cloud integrations.
Perform automated code checks with ATC, enforce clean code standards, and conduct peer code reviews.
Optimize legacy custom code for S/4HANA compatibility.
Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, enterprise architects, and BTP specialists to translate business requirements into technical solution specifications.
