Requirements
- Have over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM.
- Have knowledge of SAP HCM PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management; solid knowledge is preferred.
- Have technical and functional integration knowledge of SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Understand both read and write integration scenarios.
- Bring strong analytical skills for assessing complex integration requirements and issues related to data integrity and stability.
- Have excellent communication skills in English; the posting specifies English C1.
- Work independently and take an organized, proactive approach at senior consultant level.
- Basic ABAP knowledge is welcome to support cooperation with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate change requests concerning SAP HCM–SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT).
- Manage and implement interface adjustments using integration technologies such as the BIB framework, BADLe, ALE, and file interfaces.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Advise HR business units and work with them to define requirements and design solutions in a hybrid SAP HCM–SuccessFactors environment.
- Coordinate and manage external service providers involved in interface implementation and maintenance.
- Participate in demand management, including effort estimation, prioritization, and resource planning.
