Have commercial experience with Elixir, or strong backend development experience in Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, or PHP and strong motivation to learn Elixir.
Have experience with TypeScript and Mastra, or strong willingness to learn them.
Bring senior-level judgment about when work is good enough.
Use product thinking to challenge specifications, evaluate trade-offs, prototype cheaply, and respond to data.
Show interest in building with AI; hands-on LLM or AI-feature experience is a plus.
Be fluent in English.
Polish is a plus.

Build AI-powered features in mature products with real users.
Work primarily on the backend and follow problems into the frontend when needed.
Own delivered features and ensure they are well-tested and maintainable.
Collaborate with Backend and Frontend Engineers, Design, QA, and DevOps.
Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Take ownership of significant product areas and contribute to technical and architectural decisions.
Share knowledge through collaboration, pair programming, and mentoring.
