Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
- Have a few years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in applied AI/ML.
- Be proficient in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Have experience with AI risk assessment.
- Be fluent in English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement application integrations using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based solutions for company customers.
- Lead data-driven solution development.
- Drive adoption of AI-based workflow automation within customer environments.
- Manage end-to-end deployment of AI solutions into clients’ production environments.
- Manage risk and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Liaise with technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders.
