Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Have prior real estate transaction processing and customer service experience.
- Have experience managing title and escrow transactions, particularly post-closing or funding activities.
- Be able to coach and train employees and motivate staff.
- Be able to work remotely with urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume paperless environment while maintaining quality.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to learn and navigate multiple software systems competently.
- Be able to identify and resolve problems, gather and analyze information, and maintain confidentiality.
- Have a history of effective collaboration with different departments and leaders.
- Be adaptable and able to prioritize and manage competing demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Post Closing Specialists and manage each Specialist’s capacity and workflow.
- Hire, interview, onboard, and orient staff.
- Provide ongoing training and development, and coach team members.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage vacation requests, and review and approve timecards.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage performance as needed.
- Support team members and local leaders with critical escalations and questions.
- Identify Escrow Officer needs and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and communications.
- Evaluate procedures, identify opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity, and analyze customer feedback.
