Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or general management.
- Write SQL and build tracking independently.
- Know how to design experiments and interpret their results.
- Have a track record of driving results, not just reporting on them.
- Understand how training, coaching, and incentives affect sales calls.
- Be comfortable working closely with a contact center.
- Be able to run business reviews and hold partners accountable to agreed terms.
- Have experience negotiating improved partner terms.
- Be able to write decision-focused documents and bring cross-functional partners along.
- Ideally have experience in fintech, lending, or a marketplace business.
- Vehicle protection product or provider experience, startup business-line or end-to-end P&L ownership, and fluency with AI tools such as LLMs are bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Own performance of the vehicle protection business, including products added to each loan and earnings across the F&I business.
- Design and launch changes to how the sales team and digital experience present products.
- Set success criteria for initiatives and scale or stop them based on results.
- Write SQL, analyze experiments, identify performance drivers, and determine next steps.
- Manage product-provider relationships, review performance monthly, resolve issues, and negotiate better rates.
- Partner with Sales, Enablement, Product, Analytics, and Lender Success to execute plans.
- Lead partner reviews and track weekly business performance.
