Have experience building and launching a well-designed consumer product from initial development to real users.
Bring hands-on full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend development.
Demonstrate technical judgment and code review skills, including identifying security risks and architectural weaknesses.
Use product intuition to identify high-value opportunities and make sound decisions about what to build.
Work autonomously and proactively with minimal direction.
Write maintainable code and build reliable systems, taking responsibility for production outcomes.
Have experience in fast-moving product environments with experimentation, rapid iteration, and frequent releases.
Be familiar with AI-assisted development workflows and interested in applying emerging technologies to consumer products.
Have a genuine interest in music, music creation, or the needs of artists and music creators.
Be able to work remotely from Europe or the US East Coast and maintain availability within GMT-5 to GMT+1.

Own product features from identifying user needs through design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Build and improve full-stack functionality for a consumer music application.
Develop scalable, reliable frontend and backend systems.
Identify product opportunities and prioritize initiatives that address user needs.
Collaborate with research engineers to integrate AI models and capabilities into music experiences.
Prototype, test, and iterate on ideas using user feedback and product performance.
Review code, identify security vulnerabilities, and reduce unnecessary complexity.
Take responsibility for the reliability and performance of production work.
