Requirements
- Have a BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Have 2–4 years of experience as a software engineer or developer, with exposure to frontend and backend development.
- Be proficient in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript with TypeScript, Vue.js, Vuex or Pinia, and Webpack or Vite.
- Be proficient in Python and building and integrating APIs using FastAPI.
- Be skilled in SQL and database optimization techniques.
- Have experience with microservices architecture.
- Be familiar with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Have frontend or fullstack experience in an Agile setting.
- Demonstrate a commitment to code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
- Have English language proficiency.
- Bring problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement user-facing features in the Linqia Platform using Vue.js, Vuex, and TypeScript.
- Translate business needs and user goals into intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams on UI/UX strategy and user experience.
- Build server-side applications using Python.
- Write SQL queries, including with Trino or similar, to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain microservices and integrate them with frontend components.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot relational and non-relational databases.
- Integrate RESTful APIs with cross-functional teams.
- Write tested features, participate in code reviews, and take ownership of the codebase.
- Develop end-to-end integration tests and stay current with technologies and industry trends.
