Requirements
- Bring client delivery, product ownership or product management experience.
- Have experience managing client-facing relationships, often with senior stakeholders.
- Have experience managing technology products, migration or implementation projects, or complex delivery in an agile environment.
- Translate complex client needs into clear action plans and solutions.
- Navigate complex delivery pipelines, competing priorities and changing environments.
- Demonstrate communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with confidence to challenge established approaches and drive change.
- Bring a proactive, adaptable, hands-on approach and flexibility to work beyond typical role boundaries.
- Show resilience and empathy when supporting clients through transformation and change.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and an evolving environment.
- Bonus: consulting experience; large-scale technology transformations, migrations or enterprise platforms; or experience in energy, utilities or another regulated or complex industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with client counterparts, including product owners and business owners.
- Own a client domain or product area and act as the key contact for technology development and issue resolution.
- Build an understanding of Kraken and client needs to advise on solutions using existing platform capabilities or custom development.
- Triage and prioritise incoming requests, communicating client needs, priorities and timelines to Kraken teams.
- Work with product managers and developers to translate client needs into priorities and support feature delivery.
- Challenge clients to consider iterative delivery and shared-platform solutions rather than bespoke development.
- Guide stakeholders through change while supporting delivery focused on simplicity, client benefit and efficiency.
