Requirements
- Provide a computer with a supported Intel, AMD, or Macintosh processor as specified in the posting.
- Provide at least 12 GB of RAM.
- Provide at least 128 GB of SSD storage.
- Provide graphics memory of at least 2 GB.
- Meet the primary internet requirements: jitter below 10 ms, latency below 160 ms, upload speed above 25 Mbps, and download speed above 40 Mbps.
- Provide secondary internet meeting the stated requirements: jitter below 10 ms, latency below 160 ms, and upload and download speeds of at least 25 Mbps.
- Provide reliable power backup capable of sustaining at least eight hours; UPS is not sufficient.
- Maintain power and internet backup.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in the operation.
- Identify client needs and find solutions.
- Answer inbound calls.
