Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience.
- Bring experience in a fast-paced BPO or global sales environment, preferably.
- Demonstrate success in consistently surpassing sales quotas.
- Use CRM platforms such as Salesforce or GHL.
- Have strong English communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
- Be willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays across various shift patterns.
- Maintain a reliable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps and a backup internet provider.
- Have a work-from-home setup with a quiet, professional environment.
- Preferably reside within Metro Manila for logistical convenience and potential in-person engagements.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales efforts across global markets.
- Identify leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Deliver persuasive, value-driven sales pitches tailored to diverse audiences.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maximize sales opportunities.
