Job Details

Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and a relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
Have experience comparable to 8 to 14 years.
Have 4+ years of leadership responsibility.
Apply knowledge and skills in an organized manner while adhering to regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and client expectations.
Demonstrate attention to detail and skill with numbers.
Have good written and verbal communication skills and a good command of English language and grammar.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
Maintain confidentiality of clinical data and client proprietary data.
Act as a study expert for data management processes.
Effectively manage, motivate, supervise, and delegate tasks to others.
Set and meet timelines for self and team, or recognize and schedule changes in response to project demands.

Manage staff, including hiring, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
Approve actions related to salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations.
Review and approve time records, expense reports, leave requests, and overtime.
Provide support, oversight, and coaching to the portfolio team to ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
Manage staff allocations and coordinate global resourcing reporting and strategy with senior management.
Ensure staff compliance with documented procedures.
Support operational activities for studies or portfolios, with a focus on quality and supporting the study manager.
Participate in developing and implementing data management processes, procedures, and training.
