Requirements
- Bring at least 2 years of backend software development experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
- Have excellent English skills at C1 or higher in both spoken and written communication.
- Understand on-premise IT infrastructure, including load balancers, queues, and clustering.
- Bring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide customers through troubleshooting.
- Work independently and handle L2 support tickets as needed.
- Have a personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 45 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Kafka framework experience and Groovy scripting are a plus.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other containerized environments is a plus.
- Performance tuning experience and understanding of financial sector derivatives are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, APIs, MongoDB, and Kafka.
- Provide technical support through calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide L2 customer support during incidents via Zoho Desk.
- Take ownership of escalated technical issues from investigation through resolution.
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues of varying complexity.
- Guide customer technical teams in collecting diagnostic data for complex cases.
- Collaborate with L1 support, customer IT teams, and internal developers to resolve issues.
- Communicate internally via Slack and manage tasks in JIRA.
- Troubleshoot on-premise systems, including load balancers, clustering, and queues.
