Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or another related field, or relevant equivalent working experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within a SaaS organization.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced data visualization skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales and/or marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly pipeline, bookings, and key metrics reports to the executive and senior leadership teams and board members.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports covering revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
- Monitor pipeline velocity, win rates, sales cycle length, and other key performance indicators.
- Perform variance and trend analysis on sales results and forecasts.
- Support forecasting using historical sales data and market trends.
- Maintain CRM systems and sales reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Conduct data audits and implement data governance standards.
- Work with marketing on lead quality and conversion metrics and partner with finance on revenue and commission reporting.
- Provide insights to sales leadership and executive teams to support planning and decision-making.
