Requirements
- Have 1+ years of professional engineering or IT operations experience with exposure to cloud infrastructure.
- Have a basic understanding of cloud platforms.
- Be familiar with scripting languages and version control systems.
- Have exposure to infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and CI/CD pipeline tools.
- Understand containerization and orchestration concepts, such as ECS, ACA, K8s, and Docker.
- Be familiar with Agile frameworks.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
- Have experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Bring proficient communication and collaboration skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code to provision and manage cloud resources.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automate repetitive tasks.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and pipeline health solutions.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and patches according to Security-owned schedules and standards.
- Respond to support tickets, Tier 2 escalations, and infrastructure alerts under guidance.
- Support root cause analysis, triage runbooks, and disaster recovery testing.
- Help optimize system performance, resource utilization, and infrastructure costs.
- Support security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and encryption.
- Document procedures and workflows, collaborate with development, operations, and security teams, and participate in code reviews and on-call rotation.
