Requirements
- Have C2-level Japanese.
- Have B2 or above in an additional language.
- Hold a valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or a related university degree.
- Have experience in online teaching.
- Have experience providing 1:1 coaching or personalised learning support.
- Be comfortable teaching presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.
- Have excellent communication skills to engage and teach students.
- Have high-speed internet and a modern laptop or PC with a microphone and camera.
- Comply with local freelance/contractor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients.
- Deliver private 1:1 lessons combining language teaching and personalised coaching.
- Conduct needs analyses and assess students’ language levels.
- Create bespoke learning paths for students.
- Check student progress during lessons.
- Set clear learning goals with students.
- Teach topics such as presentations, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.
