Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, especially giving presentations.
- Have experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and extracting meaningful, action-oriented insights.
- Have skills in project management, research, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Be proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be proficient with publicly sourced AI systems such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
- Understand web applications and be willing to learn new technologies.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Writing, or another relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B professional services is preferred.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize.
Responsibilities
- Deliver up to 40 Insights Storytelling Sessions annually to contracted clients.
- Collaborate with the Authenticx client team to plan strategic direction for Insight Storytelling Workshops.
- Develop expertise in the Authenticx platform and stay current with product developments.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to discover actionable insights.
- Craft compelling storylines that convey conversational data and encourage client audiences to take meaningful action.
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint decks to support data-backed stories.
- Present stories and facilitate discussion, brainstorming, and questions, primarily online and occasionally in person.
- Create post-presentation reports.
- Incorporate team and manager feedback into ongoing development as a Storyteller.
- Contribute feature requests and platform development initiatives to the Product Team.
