Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Have expert programming skills in Python and Django.
- Have expertise using Selenium and related tooling.
- Have experience with Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
- Have experience working with AWS infrastructure.
- Be proficient with PostgreSQL.
- Have experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Be comfortable working with REST APIs, browser developer tools, and debugging tools.
- Have experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Have prior exposure to health tech, PHI, or HIPAA-compliant systems.
- Have strong workflow and process mapping skills and attention to detail.
- Have a track record of delivering production-ready code and automation.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship core product features across backend and frontend using Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript/Vue.js.
- Support and scale Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Develop scalable test and workflow automation frameworks using Selenium and related tools.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and integrate automation scripts into systems and pipelines, including APIs, CI/CD, and databases.
- Conduct workflow analysis and propose automation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to system monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Write maintainable code with documentation and testing practices.
- Work with end users, clinical stakeholders, and internal operations to understand problems and deliver production solutions.
