Requirements

- Be tech-savvy.
- Be comfortable with Excel and basic web design.
- Have remote work experience and a self-starter mentality.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization.
- Live in the Pacific time zone.
- Be fluent in English.
- Bonus: Have experience with nonprofit fundraising events.
- Bonus: Be familiar with Slack, Notion, Intercom, or Enchant.
Responsibilities
- Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly and professionally.
- Help improve internal processes.
