Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of Epic experience.
- Hold at least one current Epic certification; Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Inventory are listed.
- Have a minimum of two years of Epic work experience after certification.
- Multiple Epic certifications are preferred.
- Some project management experience is preferred.
- For project management or leadership roles, PMP is strongly preferred.
- Be highly organized and able to multitask while maintaining focus on individual tasks.
- Be able to maintain a schedule, meet deadlines, and monitor your own work product.
- Be adaptable to new project assignments, work environments, teams, and client workplace rules.
- Have an aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.
Responsibilities
- Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients.
- Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
- Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
- Track and document risks and issues.
- Analyze and document workflows.
- Work with project leadership on documentation and facilitation.
- Work directly with Epic end users to monitor workflows and provide documentation and optimization suggestions.
- Lead meetings on project status and ongoing work-product coordination.
