Job Details

Have around 10–15 years of experience in supply chain forecasting.
Bring a strong background in demand forecasting, business process improvement, and forecasting solution implementation.
Map existing forecasting processes, identify gaps, and work with business teams on process improvement and reengineering.
Have experience gathering business requirements, conducting solution analysis, and contributing to functional design and implementation.
Understand forecasting approaches and assess which approaches fit different business requirements.
Have experience evaluating, conducting fit-gap analysis for, and implementing forecasting solutions such as SAP IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar platforms.
Have exposure to AI/ML-based forecasting and experience working with data science and technical teams.
Have experience handling large volumes of transactional data, understanding data dependencies, and working with enterprise applications.

Lead the functional aspects of forecasting engagements from initial assessment through solution implementation.
Work with customers to agree on forecasting requirements, process changes, and expected outcomes.
Evaluate solution options and provide functional input to solution design, including data and integration requirements.
Review and validate forecasting solutions against business scenarios, including the quality and reliability of forecasting outputs.
Analyze gaps between expected and actual forecasting results and recommend improvements.
