Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby development.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with Ruby on Rails.
- Understand object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Be familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Be proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Have experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Have experience with background job processing tools such as Sidekiq, Resque, or Delayed Job.
- Be familiar with Ruby testing frameworks such as RSpec, Capybara, or FactoryBot.
- Have familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Ruby-based applications and services.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write tests using RSpec or Minitest.
