Job Details

Have 3–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance operations roles.
Understand reconciliations, month-end processes, AR/AP, and financial reporting.
Have intermediate-to-advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability.
Have exposure to ERP or accounting tools such as Xero, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Bring experience in a structured finance environment; corporate, audit, or multi-entity exposure is advantageous.
Be comfortable learning new tools and systems.
Have an interest in automation and technology-enabled workflows.
Be detail-oriented, structured, and accountable, with a sense of ownership.
Be able to work independently in a remote, international environment.

Support billing workflows across platforms such as Stripe, Chargebee, and Paddle.
Handle subscription updates, billing cases, failed-payment recovery, and billing-related queries.
Track revenue, maintain billing data, and prepare weekly revenue and cash snapshots.
Maintain AR/AP tracking and aging analysis, and support monthly reporting packs and financial statements.
Perform balance sheet, account, and bank reconciliations; process invoices, journal entries, and accruals.
Support month-end close and financial operations across multiple entities, including intercompany transactions.
Support payment runs, cash tracking, transaction monitoring, and resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and financial controls.
Assist with finance workflow improvements and implement automation tools such as Zapier, Make, OCR, and AI tools.
Contribute to process documentation and standardization.
