Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional Power BI development experience.
- Bring experience in Power BI data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, and visualization.
- Have strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions.
- Have strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines.
- Have excellent SQL skills and understand metadata-driven modeling.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements and solution design.
- Communicate in English on projects.
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance Power BI datasets and reports using Databricks Gold-layer data and SQL-based metadata.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient, maintainable Power BI solutions.
- Optimize large-scale data models and refresh pipelines using incremental refresh, partitioning, and query folding.
- Maintain and enhance Azure Data Factory pipelines, Azure Functions, and YAML-based CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps.
- Support automated testing and deployment workflows.
- Ensure data quality, security, including row-level security, and governance across the Power BI ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to solve analytical and technical challenges.
