Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional experience, ideally at a behavioral consultancy or as a behavioral scientist at a company.
- Bring a track record of driving projects end-to-end, preferably client-facing projects.
- Be able to serve as the main counterpart to senior decision-makers at companies.
- Be a highly effective oral communicator.
- Have highly persuasive written communication skills and be able to create and edit clean slides.
- Be able to design experiments and write study questions.
- Be able to glean insights from datasets and experiments.
- Be able to mock up medium-fidelity designs representing proposals using PowerPoint, Figma, or Sketch.
- Have some understanding of how a technology company works.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders at client companies.
- Form a joint working team with the client.
- Guide clients through the Behavioral Design process.
- Work directly with product managers, designers, and marketers at technology companies.
- Communicate behavioral insights to help get proposals onto client roadmaps.
- Consult with Irrational Labs' core team of behavioral scientists and advisors.
