Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system or process changes.
- Bring solid business analysis skills.
- Have experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies.
- Demonstrate skills in process mapping.
- Understand event-driven architecture and complex system integrations.
- Insurance industry knowledge in life, health, annuities, or pensions is preferred.
- Understanding of industry-standard payment processes and related compliance is preferred.
- Working knowledge of qTest, Postman, Karate, MuleSoft, and S is preferred.
- Be located in the United States or Puerto Rico and able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, hypothesis development, and gap analysis.
- Guide and mentor Business Systems Analysts to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Direct cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
- Align workflows, compliance, and business objectives across teams.
- Oversee manual and automated test strategy, including planning, prioritization, quality review, and execution.
- Build business cases and drive change initiatives.
- Manage vendors and communicate with stakeholders.
- Support adoption of Agile and project management practices.
