Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant digital transformation projects.
- Bring strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Be proficient in business process modeling tools and techniques.
- Have familiarity with Business Support Systems (BSS).
- Understand agile practices and frameworks.
- Be willing to travel 50% of the time to Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya.
- Have a valid passport for the contract.
- Be fluent in English; French, Swahili, or Portuguese proficiency is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage change processes for digital transformation projects and align them with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.
- Apply change management methodologies to guide teams through transitions.
- Design and implement training programs to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
