Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and refine requirements for process improvements, system enhancements, production support, data requests, testing, and strategic initiatives.
- Translate business needs into effective and sustainable solutions.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, data, and system capabilities to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support planning, testing, validation, and implementation of business and system changes.
- Document solutions and ensure they meet business objectives.
- Research and troubleshoot business, data, and system issues; document findings, assess impacts, and recommend next steps.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolution.
- Develop recommendations based on business analysis and current- and future-state assessments.
- Provide consultation, communication, change management support, and process improvement expertise to business leaders, project teams, and vendors.
