Requirements
- Hold a DVM or a related Life Sciences degree.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in Field Clinical Trials and Project Management.
- Demonstrate industry awareness and expertise in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Be familiar with FDA/CVM, USDA/CVB, EMA, and VICH Guidelines.
- Understand clinical field trials and data quality requirements.
- Animal health clinical experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate field clinical trials across feasibility assessment, quotation, setup, live phase, close-out, reporting, and study master file compilation.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners and vendors to ensure resources are available when needed.
- Manage sponsor communication and ensure reporting schedules are followed.
- Track project timelines, quality, costs, budgets, and deliverables; report project status to management and sponsors.
- Identify project risks, including feasibility, resource availability, execution timing, and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project management tools, including Gantt charts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop site training materials, including study-specific and GCP materials.
- Fulfil monitor responsibilities in GCP and non-GCP studies where applicable.
- Mentor and train team members on field clinical trial management.
