Have proven experience in a customer support or technical support role.
Know REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Be detail-oriented and committed to customer support.
Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV is preferred.
Familiarity with basic search and index concepts is preferred.
Familiarity with browser developer tools, API clients such as Postman, or logs is preferred.
Familiarity with A/B testing, server-side and client-side contexts, and network request routing or HTTP is preferred.
Familiarity with open source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration patterns is preferred.

Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and guide them through onboarding.
Explain how to integrate with Constructor’s APIs and use its open source libraries.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and integration issues with Customer Success teams.
Help customers upload catalog data and configure facets, searchabilities, and sort orders.
Help customers retrieve results from their configured product catalogs.
Respond to customer inquiries with clear technical explanations and liaise with technical resources.
Document customer interactions, common issues, and solutions.
Improve integration documentation and customer onboarding.
