Requirements
- Bring 3-5+ years of experience with dbt.
- Bring 3+ years of experience with Snowflake.
- Have 3+ years of experience building data pipelines or ETL processes.
- Have 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies or infrastructure, such as GCP or AWS.
- Have 3+ years of experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Have experience using Git/GitHub or other version control tools.
- Have experience with Dagster or other orchestration tools.
- Have a solid foundation in end-to-end development and an interest in further developing technical knowledge.
- The project is scheduled to run until the end of December.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain data pipelines for the data sciences team and customer-facing client teams.
- Track and manage pipeline efficiency and stability.
- Evaluate, parse, clean, and integrate raw datasets, including third-party APIs.
- Help build ETL processes for first-party survey data and second- and third-party data such as IP addresses, clickstream data, and movie metadata.
- Recommend data storage, configurations, data access tools, and technologies or architectures.
- Develop code-based data transformations and aggregations in data warehouses and relational or non-relational databases, including integration with BI tools such as Tableau.
- Participate in developing data APIs to ingest client data into client-side applications or systems.
- Assist application developers with database queries and programming languages.
- Collaborate with external vendors on data engineering and data architecture projects.
- Contribute to data integrity and data storage and ecosystem efficiency.
