Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products.
- Have hands-on TradFi experience in one or more of ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products.
- Understand structured products and options payoffs, including dual-currency yield, Snowball, Shark Fin, or other options-linked or principal-protected products.
- Have experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation and PRD through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Have experience with agile product development; this is preferred for lifecycle management.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support.
- Use analytical, data-driven decision-making and work with product metrics and user behavior data.
- Have working proficiency in written and verbal English for cross-border collaboration.
- Preferred: product management experience in funds, equities/stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, brokerage, or trading products.
- Preferred: knowledge or hands-on experience with options and derivatives, including pricing, Greeks, scenario analysis, and hedging mechanics.
- Preferred: familiarity with RWA, tokenized assets, on-chain yield products, DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, or Web3 products.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own planning and execution of Binance Earn's TradFi product line, including ETFs, mutual funds, and equities/stocks.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from market research, requirements analysis, and PRD writing through design, launch, and iteration.
- Research traditional finance market trends and user needs to connect TradFi investment scenarios with the crypto platform.
- Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to assess regional regulatory requirements and local launch feasibility.
- Explore opportunities in RWA, tokenized equities and funds, stablecoin yield products, and other crypto–TradFi initiatives.
- Lead the design and operations of structured options products, including Dual Investment, Snowball, and Shark Fin.
- Partner with Quant and Market Maker teams to define product rules, payoff structures, and parameters such as strike price, APR, tenor, and knock-in/knock-out levels.
- Optimize pricing parameters and yield curves, and adjust launch strategies and product mix to market conditions and volatility.
- Drive agile product delivery and coordinate Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams through milestones.
- Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and competitor offerings to guide product improvements.
