Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
- Bring experience preferably in the tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain industry.
- Have a strong background or hands-on experience with compliance processes such as AML and transaction monitoring; this is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Have expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
- Show strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively.
- Use logical thinking to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks.
- Collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a platform that provides compliance tools and services while meeting regulatory requirements and user-experience needs.
- Review business requirements and create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to guide projects and meet deadlines.
- Work with engineers, designers, compliance, and customer service to prioritize products and deliver value.
- Track and analyze key metrics to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Refine workflow designs to make systems intuitive and improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Support regional and global heads and coordinate product implementation with stakeholders.
- Explain new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders.
