Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
- Bring experience in institutional OTC trading, brokerage, asset management, or trading systems; this experience is described as ideal.
- Have hands-on experience in quantitative analysis or trading.
- Have expertise in OTC liquidity, pricing, and execution.
- Understand trading workflows, including pre-trade compliance, RFQ and block-trade execution, post-trade analytics, settlement, and clearing.
- Be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- A technical or engineering background is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch for institutional account, access, and financing solutions.
- Build and optimize broker programs, VIP fee systems, sub-account management, and API key workflows.
- Partner with business, engineering, and operations teams to shape the OTC roadmap, define milestones, and prioritize features.
- Draft detailed PRDs, assess technical feasibility, and execute product plans from concept to launch.
- Monitor product data and user feedback to refine experiences for high-volume institutional trading.
- Lead cross-functional engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to meet delivery goals.
