Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in technology, fintech, finance, or blockchain.
- Bring experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework.
- Local-market KYC process experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrate time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively.
- Be able to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks.
- Demonstrate relationship-building and communication skills.
- Be able to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for KYC, KYB, and other compliance-related projects.
- Collaborate with global KYC vendors to build a KYC and verification platform.
- Work with compliance and operations teams to enable KYC onboarding experiences.
- Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality products.
- Prioritize feedback from users and internal stakeholders, including compliance, legal, operations, and data teams.
- Make product trade-offs and drive the product roadmap.
- Define and analyze product metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
