Requirements
- Fresh graduates or interns with less than one year of experience interested in QA backend testing are welcome to apply.
- Have automation testing experience.
- Understand Python automation basics and be able to read, extend, and maintain existing test scripts.
- Be comfortable working with agile release cycles, including 2–3 week sprints, grey rollouts, and full releases.
- Be able to independently own test coverage.
- Be able to review other team members’ test cases and code.
- Proactively communicate across functions and flag risks.
- Take ownership of quality, not only coverage numbers.
Responsibilities
- Support QA from requirements review through test planning, case design, execution, and release sign-off.
- Test across App, Web, Backend, and Admin platforms, identifying Fiat risk across the full stack.
- Test features including stream start and end, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, and compliance.
- Cover edge cases such as weak networks, stream drops, backgrounding, and high concurrency.
- Help maintain and extend the automation regression framework using Python, pytest, and k6.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, compliance, and operations to close quality loops.
- Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and the team knowledge base.
