Requirements
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in any major, with a strong academic background.
- Demonstrate interest in compliance, legal, operations, project coordination, or related areas.
- Bring strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
- Be comfortable learning new systems and conducting analysis using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
- Show problem-solving ability, initiative, and the ability to follow through independently.
- Be flexible and willing to provide support during weekends when business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and record keeping.
- Prepare project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate logistics and meetings for compliance vendor solutions and monitor deployment progress.
- Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
- Research AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics.
- Draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
- Maintain compliance systems such as Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Facilitate follow-ups and communication between teams.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
