Requirements
- Hold an independent clinical license in Virginia, Maryland, and/or Washington, D.C.
- Be local to the Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia region.
- Desired experience: 1–3 years.
- Priority is given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions.
- Priority consideration is given to clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations.
- Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends is preferred.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, with some in-person availability preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy to TRICARE beneficiaries, as appropriate to clinical training and scope of practice.
- Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health services in accordance with professional standards and applicable TRICARE requirements.
- Assess and respond appropriately to risks such as suicide, self-harm, abuse, violence, or other urgent concerns.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and secure clinical records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant communications.
