Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery plan for each client on your team and meet its dates.
- Do hands-on work for your most important clients, spending about half your time on strategy or channel work.
- Manage the team's day-to-day priorities.
- Coach team members and conduct the first review of their work.
- Prepare effort estimates for new and changed scope.
- Lead client status calls and working sessions.
