Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Analytics and/or Data Science.
- Have experience applying causal inference tools to real-life problems, including Difference-in-Differences, synthetic controls, and propensity score matching.
- Have experience with experimental design and incrementality testing.
- Have experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Have working knowledge of R or Python.
- Have working knowledge of SQL.
- Have working knowledge of Power BI.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement incrementality tests.
- Develop marketing measurement approaches to provide a full picture of marketing effectiveness.
- Communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Interpret analysis results for stakeholders across a range of seniority, from entry-level to C-suite.
- Present actionable insights to help improve marketing efficiency and optimize media investments.
