Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of data science experience.
- Experience with modeling using Python and Python libraries.
- Experience with SQL.
- A master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree may be considered with relevant internship, project, research, or professional experience demonstrating data science and analytics capabilities.
- A data analytics or similar internship is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Apply analytics and modeling techniques to improve business results.
- Use customer information and behavioral data to inform strategic business decisions.
- Apply consumer analytics concepts, including retention models, agency economics, and lead optimization.
- Use programming, ETL, and modeling methods to execute projects.
- Address low-complexity business challenges involving data science.
- Execute routine projects within prescribed timelines.
- Contribute to the development of presentations.
- Explain complex technical material to non-technical associates when needed.
- Deploy basic to intermediate models using established MLOps techniques.
- Work with analytics and IT teams to deploy models and rules.
